  Fast Ferries provided a good service and the trip over and back was pleasant. It only takes about 45 mins from Hilary's and staff made sure that we're well looked after. It's quiet on the way over but very busy on the way back.

  We rode the bikes around the island. It was a fantastic experience. Seeing all the Quokkas and the stunning beaches.

  Watching my grand daughter (who has never been to Rottnest) get so much joy out of meeting the quokas for the first time. The one down side was the fare for the boat was expensive for a one day trip, a large family would find the trip prohibitive

  DO NOT book from this company!!!無賴公司，不要預定。 Terrible pickup and no reponse by call during the 20minunites after pickup time, finally we have to cancel the trip. We were at the pickup point on time and did not find a bus with waiting for 10 min. Then we tried to contact them through the booking platform. For 20 min continuous calling, no one responded. (Later I read others’ review about this company, found it is a frequent problem of this company. They hold the call but no one respond.) The service is not friendly to tourists at all. We tried very hard to catch the trip, including waiting at pickup point and immediately contact them when 10min passed. But because of the POOR service they committed, we cannot do anything more except cancelling. They had all our contact info. A quick message or call, or simply answering our call can make our trip, but they did not. What’s even worse is finally we got in touch through their feedback form in the evening(which means they even did not notice we were not on board). They deny all the problems of the service, refuse any refund and blame us for their failed pickup. Finally we found another friendly and higher rate company to make the trip. It was very good. There are a lot of better choices.

  We travelled across to the island on the 10am boat and returned at 4.30pm. After reading previous reviews I was expecting something a little better than we received. There was nothing wrong with the trip, it was just like all touristy boat trips. There is limited outdoor seating. The skipper did keep us informed of eta and also informed us of nearby whales. That was a bonus.

  We picked this option if transport for getting from Perth CBD to Rottnest as all the ferries leaving direct from Perth we’re booked out. But we were really happy with this choice. Picked up by a shuttle and taken to Hillarys to catch the ferry over at 730. The boat was busy but everything ran smoothly and efficiently. Our trip was quite rough over but staff walking around offering assistance. You can also hire bikes through this company, however we needed a baby seat for the bike which they didn’t offer so we needed to hire on the island. Arriving on the early boat was perfect timing for getting into the island bike shop as it opened and also starting to ride around before all the masses of ferries came in. Our trip back was also timely and no fuss. Would recommend this option of travel to Rottnest.

  What an amazing place. Worth a visit for everyone. We hired bikes from the fast ferry and headed over for the day. 45 mins on the boat over was real fun for us all, on arrival got on our bikes and rode the 10km track which our 7 year old managed no problems. There are so many beautiful places to stop on the way it really is a picturesque everywhere on the route. We arrived back at the settlement 3.5hrs later and went for lunch which again was really nice. After that a Quoaker tour which we all loved before a ferry home. A must do trip for everyone.

  Well we rode on the ferry in quite rough water and i was very happy with the ride. The staff were very helpful Seats were very comfortable All in all a very pleasurable experience. Hey could even get a coffee or a snack on board. Great company who provide an excellent service 😊😊

  The crew on the Ferry and the bus tour guides were helpful and informative. They clearly have a great knowledge of the island. Will recommend anyone to come you will have a wonderful day and the Qokkas are delightful and friendly.

  We had a great time on the ferry. Sight seeing from the water is a whole different perspective. It was so Much better than we had imagined. The commentary was interesting and the facilities were good. Recommend
