We are a Food & Wine tour company with a difference, our concept is based around Progressive Grazing. This means we design tours in which we enjoy tasting Wine, Beer, Cider & Spirits, while also focusing on a daylong grazing menu of stunning Tasmanian produce.

Foremost we want our tours to be fun & light-hearted, while visit stunning locations and indulge on the local wares.

Itinerary
This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: Moorilla Estate Winery, 655 Main Rd, Berriedale, Glenorchy, Tasmania 7011 Australia

We will visit the Moorilla Estate Cellar Door at world famous MONA. We wont have time to go into the Museum, as you’ll need a whole day set aside to do MONA properly. You’ll have a chance to try the wine, check out the grounds and plan your trip back for another day.

Stop At: Derwent Estate, 329 Lyell Hwy, Granton, Glenorchy, Tasmania 7030 Australia

Derwent Estate vineyard is nestled on North facing slopes next to the Derwent River. The vineyard has 10 hectares under vine, which includes 5 different varieties, planted on the historic Mt Nassau property, which has been in the current owners family since 1913.

Stop At: Stefano Lubiana Wines, 60 Rowbottoms Rd, Granton TAS 7030, Australia

Stefano Lubiana Wines is a 25 Hectare estate where the vines are grown under biodynamic conditions, and has been since 2010. Predominately the two great Burgundy varietals of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the vineyard and winemaking principles are focused on traditional and biodynamic principals.

Tasmania’s first urban winery. Winemaker Nick Glaetzer has transformed an old ice factory on the edge of Hobart’s CBD into Tasmania’s first urban winery and tasting room.

This cold climate wine and spirits bar and kitchen embraces Tasmania’s long held status as the gateway to Antarctica with a passion for everything coldhearted.

Home Hill Winery is nestled in the picturesque Huon Valley, a short thirty-minute drive south of Hobart.
With stunning views of the surrounding vines, pastures, livestock and mountains, we are a country retreat where our guests enjoy the quiet peacefulness of this paradise away from the hustle and bustle.

This fruit is an essential ingredient of fine wine. Kate is keen to make the most of Tasmania’s superb, cool climate fruit by producing high quality wines that everyone will remember and enjoy.

A large rustic barn surrounded by green pastures and old wooden outbuildings, Willie Smith’s Apple Shed is the home of Willie Smith’s Cider. It’s a place to learn about the history of the Huon Valley and its apple industry,

We use the tastiest fruit, fresh from the tree, lovingly grown in the Huon Valley by fourth-generation orchardists using earth-friendly farming practices. Whole crisp, juicy apples and seasonal fruits such as plump luscious cherries and fragrant quinces are pressed with care, then transformed by pure alchemy — using modern cidermaking wizardry — into ciders of rare sparkle, clarity and balance.

Elsewhere Vineyard overlooks the stunning Huon River at a latitude of just over 43º S. It is one of the most southerly vineyards in Australia, which makes an ideal environment for growing cool climate grapes with the long ripening periods allowing maximum flavour development.

Drandvewe Cheeses produce a wide range of products, with a focus on high-quality sheep cheese and other dairy products made from their own flock of sheep.

Stop At: 70 Dillons Rd Hartzview Vineyard, Gardners Bay, Tasmania 7112 Australia

One of Australia’s most southern vineyards, Hartzview is a premium producer of cool climate wines including Tasmania’s largest range of fortified fruit ports, liqueurs and spiced apple liqueur mead.
