The spectacular coastline lends itself to temperate diving at Eaglehawk Neck, surfing, sea kayaking, and bushwalking along rocky capes. Top it all off with an exquisite local whisky or gin.
If you want to delve into more Tasmanian heritage, the Heritage Highway through the Southern Midlands is your path. Stories of bushrangers, road gangs, and early entrepreneurs are still very much alive in the villages and across the midland landscape.
